The Domaine is located in Beaujeu, historic capital of in wine making. The wine maker is Eric Pardon(oenologist), his wines are traditionally made with a semi-carbonic maceration: The grapes are softly pressed by using a pneumatic press, at controlled temperatures. Included in his range is Château des Vergers, Beaujolais Villages, Brouilly-Pissevielle, Hospices de Beaujeu and the best Fleurie 2005 ever tasted.
