We are pleased to be partnering with UK Mail. For mainland UK, we will provide a 3-working day delivery service upon order placement.

Our delivery charges are;
Daytime delivery – 9am to 5pm
All deliveries need to be signed for - you can arrange for the case to be left in a secure place if you will be out during the day - please provide instructions in the comments section of the ordering form.
Please note, we only deliver to customers in the UK
Returns
- Damaged goods - should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Notification can be by post or e-mail within three working days of delivery
- Faulty goods - if a wine is found to be corked we will be happy to offer a refund to your credit card or a credit code. Notification can be by post or e-mail within three working days of delivery
- Cancellation - you may cancel your order up to and including five days from the delivery of your order, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact. You will be responsible for the payment and safe delivery of the order back to Vin Vino Direct. We will refund the price of the order within thirty days from the date of cancellation
